Taylor Snook

Taylor holds more than 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Passionate and detail-oriented, he takes the time to listen to and address the needs and goals of his clients. Taylor's passion for fitness began early in life while playing multiple sports. After a knee injury in high school that prevented him from continuing in certain sports, Taylor turned to fitness as a way to rehab his injury while staying competitive and challenged in all aspects of life. He went on to ear a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Furman University and a Master's in Exercise Physiology (Strength & Conditioning and Facility Management) from the University of Miami. Taylor also holds certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF), Certified Strength Coach (NCSF), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), and
Titleist Performance Institute Fitness Level 1 & 2.

Chelsea Gruber

Chelsea is a Jupiter, Fla. native who graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's in Sports and Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. During her time at UCF, she gained extensive fitness instruction, management, and personal training
experience as a five-year employee at the university's Recreation and Wellness Center. Chelsea's passion for movement began in her adolescence, rooted in her belief that exercise and wellness are empowering, controllable elements in an unpredictable world. She specializes in functional training and designs personalized programs focused on achieving results. With a strong emphasis on proper form and body engagement, Chelsea ensures safe and effective training sessions. She firmly believes that building a strong body starts with cultivating a
positive mindset.

Jessica Wantman

Jessica is a Florida native who was raised in a very active household. Her childhood was centered around sports and living an active lifestyle— starting with gymnastics
at age 3, then competitive cheerleading from 6th grade through her senior year of high school. During college, Jessica honed her skills in developing and tailoring workouts to fit individual needs while working as a group exercise instructor for Mercedes-Benz within their Corporate Wellness program. She graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with a background in Classical Pilates Training. Jessica loves customizing both 1:1 sessions and group classes by combining low-impact strength training with Pilates-style
movements to create fun, intentional, and effective workouts.

Jessie Wallace

With four years of Division 1 athletic experience and over seven years as a personal trainer, Jessie brings a competitive edge to every session. Whether online or in person, she has worked with athletes of all levels-youth to professionals -along with young adults, new moms, seniors, and many others. Jessie is an enthusiastic coach who takes pride in teaching her clients how exercise can create lasting, positive changes in their lives. Her approach focuses on sustainable fitness, helping individuals achieve their goals while
maintaining long-term wellness.

Andrew Lavender

Andrew has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and is passionate about helping clients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Fitness has always been a central part of his life, fueled by his love for bodybuilding and his background in gymnastics and partner acrobatics. After overcoming a severe spinal injury, Andrew transitioned into the fitness industry, using his recovery journey to inspire and guide clients with diverse goals, health challenges, and injuries. He is certified by AAAI/ISMA as a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Kula Yoga Shala, and is skilled in facilitated stretching. Andrew's expertise and personal experience
make him uniquely equipped to help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Nikki McKnown

Nikki has over six years of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in functional training and mobility. Certified by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and Duke University as an Integrative Health Coach, she uses unconventional training methods to improve strength, stability, and coordination. A former collegiate volleyball standout at Keiser
University, Nikki earned numerous accolades and set career records in digs, kills, and aces. She has coached competitive volleyball for six years, leading her team to consecutive top-10 finishes at the USAV Junior National Championships. Nikki is passionate about helping clients
enhance their health and functionality through her diverse expertise.

Davis Alessio

Davis is a proud Florida native who has spent his entire life immersed in sports and outdoor activities, shaping him into a natural athlete. His fitness journey began at just 15 years old when he first stepped into the gym, sparking a lifelong passion for health and wellness. Davis pursued his education at Tallahassee Community College, where he studied Sports Management to deepen his understanding of the field. In 2018, he officially launched his career as a Personal Trainer, combining his expertise and enthusiasm to help others achieve
their fitness goals.

Shayne Taupo

Sydney's passion for fitness began at a young age through sports, and after playing four years of collegiate beach volleyball, her love for health and fitness only grew stronger. Sean Goodwin

Sean is a former Division I baseball player who pitched at the University of Tennessee and Florida Atlantic University while training for two years at the world-renowned Cressey Sports Performance. His experience in elite training environments has shaped his understanding of the dedication and work ethic required to excel at the highest level. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from FAU, is CSCS-certified, and has gained valuable experience as an Olympic Strength and Conditioning intern, working with basketball, baseball, golf, and tennis teams. Whether you're a young athlete aiming to compete at the next level or an adult looking to optimize everyday performance, Sean combines sport-specific and
traditional strength training to deliver custom programming tailored to your fitness goals.

Kevin Mendez

With over seven years of experience in the fitness industry, Kevin is a personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBAU). Kevin has worked with a wide range of clients, including athletes, cancer survivors, and postpartum mothers, transforming both their bodies and lives. His passion lies in empowering people to become their best selves while
